Varicose Veins & VNUS Closure Procedure
After 2 years and over 10 treatments of Sclerotherapy for my varicose veins (which can be caused by genetics, pregnancy, excessive high heels, crossing legs – all of which are daily activities of mine) I finally just had ONE vein that was refusing to respond to the injections. Yesterday I underwent the VNUS vein closure proceedure, and yes, it was painful, but also it was pretty fast. Being that I am still under heavy narcotics, I will be posting a more detailed description of what to expect and what the outcomes will be when I am non-medicated. In the meantime, wish me luck and let’s hope this works! I’ll be back tomorrow to give you the details! xo sG
