In Search of the Pedi-Cure

Ok. I have had it. I think the last time i had a super bomb pedicure was back in the 90′s. Although the Nail Forum in Porter Ranch does a nice parafin dip pedi, after much deliberation, I have decided that while it is a decent pedi, it really is not a GREAT pedi.

The other day at NailSpa LA in chatwsworth, I had the absolute worst pedicure I have ever experienced. It was so bad that I don’t really recall everything that did or did not happen, but left with the promise to myself and anyone else who will listen to swear them off of pedicures.

Besides the manager squwaking at my therapist in her native tongue to ‘hurry up” (ok so I’m TOTALLY assuming that is what she said…) she asked me if i wanted to upgrade to the sea salt treatment, so you know me, I love an upgrade so I agreed. Which ended up all over my legs and feet because she didn’t take the time to rinse it off and when I got into my shoes I almost fell right on my ass because there was exfoliation sea salt scrub all over the backs of my legs and heels. I totally know I am rambling, but I’m kind of irritated at the whole thought. blah. 2 thumbs and a nickel down for NailSpaLA as far as pedis go.
