Burke Williams – Sherman Oaks

Ultimate Facial
$165.00

The website claims that It gives new meaning to the concept of teamwork. Clients have been known to beg us not to stop. During this special facial, a massage therapist stretches, rubs and coaxes the aches and pains from your feet. But here is what really happened:

My facial starts off with a steaming and my therapist (who is a doll!) tells me that the therapist doing my foot massage will be in shortly. After about 10 minutes, she goes outside to see where my foot therapist is, and comes back with no word. She continues with the treatment, telling me the whole time that my foot therapist will be in, and guess what? 25 minutes in, she still has not shown up. Finally around 3/4 of the way in, she shows up, rubs my feet for a little bit and goes away. I sit with the face mask on while the therapist upsells the product and I am finished. I feel ripped off, but kind of bad because my facial therapist was so sweet. My final thoughts? Never again to Burke Williams for any kind of facial!
