Sarah Palin Wears Fur

This photo was from Sarah Palin’s official wikipedia page which has been revamped in the last few days (of course) and (of course) the photo has been removed. But it’s all over the internets (lol) showing that she wears fur. Remember now, not only is she wearing a lush something on her shoulders, she is also the same government elective that is being called the Michael Vick of Alaska for her no love initiative for the polar bear.

The Huffington post has a Sarah Palin vs. the Polar Bear article which explains how she believes that adding the polar bear to the endangered species list is ‘the wrong move’.

I do understand that everyone has their right to believe whatever it is that they choose to, but I’m not sure how comfortable I am with a vice president nominee who wears fur, especially since we are well aware of the behind the scenes issues pertaining to the fur industry. I wonder how long before the peta-party starts their campaign…it should be very interesting!

I know this has absolutely nothing to do with wellness, beauty or spa-related issues, but it was just festering in my mind, so here you go. Good thing I have a category called ‘everything else’. lol.
